We offer a full snagging service to all clients purchasing property in Bansko & Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. When the apartment is complete a company representative will visit the premises & provide a detailed report & snag list for the client & developer. We will normally give the developer 14 days to rectify any problems & then re-visit the premises to check that all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
