Snagging
We offer a full snagging service to all clients purchasing property in Bansko & Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. When the apartment is complete a company representative will visit the premises & provide a detailed report & snag list for the client & developer. We will normally give the developer 14 days to rectify any problems & then re-visit the premises to check that all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
Our snagging service checks the following items:

- Check all sockets & Connections in all rooms
- Check light fittings
- Check white goods & appliances (if applicable)
- Check air conditioning & heating units
Plumbing
- Check all taps in kitchens & bathrooms
- Working bath/shower
- Check for leaks
Furniture
- Check furniture list.

- Check quality of furniture/damages
Fit & Finish
- Check quality of paint/wall coverings
- Flooring

- Doors
